On the morning of December 22, the launching ceremony of the project "New Kinetic Energy Intelligent Manufacturing and Research Base" of Linglong tire in Shandong Province was held in Huaxing Industrial Park, Yantai Development Zone. The company will build intelligent manufacturing factories and supporting facilities in Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone with a total planned investment of 870 million yuan.

The function of the new large data center and R&D center is to provide data analysis and technical support. After the completion of the project, the whole tire industry will be provided with intelligent production line design and transformation, optimize production processes and reduce enterprise costs, effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, the project is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of 2.27 billion yuan. It is understood that another project of Linglong tire, the new model project of intelligent manufacturing of green environmental protection and high performance radial tire, was selected as the key construction list of Zhaoyuan City in 2018. According to the latest news, the project with a construction period of two years and a total investment of 391 million yuan has achieved phased results. At present, the company has completed a total investment of 819.9 billion yuan. 20,000 yuan. Relevant person in charge introduced that the project realizes the unmanned delivery of fetal embryos and finished tires, improves the level of production intellectualization and realizes a new mode of intelligent manufacturing by reforming the automatic delivery of fetal embryos in the second workshop of all-steel radial tires and the sixth workshop of semi-steel radial tires and the automatic sorting of finished tires in the whole plant. The project will purchase 183 sets of domestic equipment, such as embryo lifting and conveying machinery of forming machine and gantry robot. By the end of October this year, 90% of the embryo conveying platform of the Auto-conveying transformation project of the company's all-steel tire workshop has been installed; the first row of monorail columns and the monorail support structure of sulfurized A-D row have been installed; the first embryo caching library has been installed and the second caching library has been completed. Row A moulding machine has been put into operation, while Row C moulding machine is being tested and will be put into operation soon.
